Wild Grapes California Cabernet Sauvignon is the Big Daddy of red wines. With rockin’ body, healthy tannins and intense aromas of berry fruits, the smooth lingering finish creates a crazy good Cab Sauv. Pair with tomato based pastas, red meats or while nibbling on aged cheddar.

Instructions: Step 1

Pour wine base into your primary fermenter, add yeast and cover loosely for primary fermentation.

Instructions: Step 2

Once your wine has undergone primary fermentation, you will siphon into a carboy for the next step – secondary fermentation.

Instructions: Step 3

After secondary fermentation and degassing as outlined in your instructions, add the included flavor pack to your batch of Wild Grapes Mist.

Instructions: Step 4

Once your wine is fully stabilized and clarified as outlined in your instructions, bottle and cork it for storage. We recommend leaving your bottled wine for 2 weeks to prevent bottle shock (a temporary condition that can cause wine to be muted right after the bottling process).
