Many of the recipes were created by Chef Mark Miller, founder of the Coyote Cafe in Santa Fe. We take a simple approach to food. There isn’t a lot of mystery to the way we make our products. We use ingredients we can pronounce. If they’re too hard to say, chances are you shouldn’t eat them. We use all-natural ingredients from local farms and suppliers we trust.
