California is the only producer of commercially grown walnuts in the United States, so that’s where we get them from for our Vermont made fudge. We mix lots into the smooth chocolate, so there is no lack of that great crunchy texture. Our fudge is quite simply phenomenal. The smooth and creamy texture is a perfect match for the rich flavor. We make all our fudge in our special kitchen at our home in Vermont with as many local products as possible, including butter from Cabot Creamery and maple syrup from Vermont sugarhouses.
