Talk about the perfect summer BBQ dessert! I LOVE the combination of strawberries and lemon, and this easy no bake pie is the ultimate combo of flavors and ease! You can serve this pie either frozen OR thawed, whichever you prefer! I like to serve it mostly thawed as it makes it easy to slice, but also it’s ULTRA creamy when thawed out! This is a recipe that comes together in minutes and is great to make ahead for a summer party.

Graham Cracker Crust:
- Crushed graham crackers
- Granulated sugar
- Kosher salt
Strawberry Lemon Filling:
- Granulated sugar
- Instant Lemon Pudding
- Frozen whipped topping

Tips For Success:
- I like to make my graham cracker crust from scratch, I just feel like it’s more delicious! But you absolutely can take a shortcut here and use a pre-made graham cracker crust!
- You can also use frozen strawberries in this recipe instead of fresh ones. You do need t thaw them though, as you will end up with too much moisture in the pie if you don’t thaw and drain!
- You can freeze this pie if you would like! I prefer it just refrigerated as I find it’s more creamy, but you can absolutely freeze it and serve it that way too! PRO TIP: If you are taking this dessert to a friend’s house, freeze it so by the time you are ready to enjoy it, it will be mostly thawed out!
